6.3.4 Delegate accounts might attract a higher or lower impact level than standard client accounts to reflect, for example, a requirement to manage many client accounts or access to a more limited range of transactions. The enrolment evidence requirements for delegates should reflect this. 6.3.5 The information that is provided by the client during the enrolment process must be assigned a value, and protected in a manner that is commensurate with this value (see the discussion at paragraph 5.3.5). This may require authentication of the service provider during submission of this information.
