29. If any Member takes action which, in the opinion of the Senate, discriminates on the grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, disability, ethnic origin, religion, age or creed, the Senate may by resolution deprive that Member of some or all of its rights, privileges, facilities or benefits. Suspension shall be for as long and upon such terms as may be determined by the Senate. The Senate may vary the terms of or lift any such suspension of rights.
