The models for e-Government service provision adopted by the Canadian and New Zealand governments are based on open standards and ISO guidance. European Interoperability Framework B.3.3 The European Interoperability Framework (EIF) is a pan-European initiative to improve communication between European member states and support the delivery of pan-European e-Government services to businesses, citizens and their delegates.
