10.6.8 No special measures need be taken to ensure data backup or continuity of service fol owing an interruption to service. In particular, no special measures need to be taken to recover partial y completed transactions, except for those that affect the integrity of existing information. 10.6.9 Information back up must fol ow commercial best practice and enable restoration of al relevant information to within one week of the current date. Commercial best practice must be fol owed with a ful weekly backup and daily incremental backups. The restoration process should be documented in the business continuity plan and tested regularly. 10.6.10 A process must be available to provide access for a client to his/her client account in the event of loss of a password.
